We ship to all European Union member states. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, but most orders are processed within 2-3 business days from our regional warehouses.

Yes, all MOZA Racing products purchased through our EU store come with a standard 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.
What is your return policy for sim racing hardware?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
Do I need to pay import duties or customs fees?
No, since we ship directly from within the European Union, customers located in the EU will not be charged additional import duties or customs fees beyond the VAT calculated at checkout.
